Child policy: - Children below 100cm in height are free of charge. - Children 100-140cm in height require a child ticket. - Children over 140cm in height require an adult ticket. Good to know: - Cable car tickets may be upgraded to three-day unlimited access within the voucher validity period at no additional cost at the Tourist Area Ticket Office. Please note that upgrades must be completed before the ticket is scanned at the entrance gate. Once the ticket has been used for entry, upgrades will no longer be available. Face ID registration is required before boarding the cable car. - Until 31 August 2026, guests will receive paper vouchers for complimentary beer/pastry redemption at the cable car entrance. From 1 September 2026 onwards, paper vouchers will no longer be issued, and ticketholders can redeem one of the following complimentary offers by scanning the QR code on their ticket: one French pastry at Eric Kayser (Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, or Raisin Danish); two 250ml glasses of Sun KraftBeer at 1901 Restaurant, Beer Plaza, or Beer Festival venues; or one serving of French fries at 1901 Restaurant or Beer Plaza. Complimentary offers are subject to the operational availability of the participating restaurant or bakery. - For night admission, the complimentary shuttle bus service departs from Hien Nha Veranda Restaurant at 2:00 PM, and returns from Sun World Ba Na Hills at 8:30 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10:30 PM. - The lunch buffet at Four Seasons Restaurant is available at either 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Guests will be served according to their arrival time. - The lunch buffet at Bharata Restaurant is available from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM. - Please bring a valid passport or ID card for age verification. Free shuttle bus information: - A complimentary shuttle bus service is available for guests travelling between Da Nang city center and Sun World Ba Na Hills from 8 August to 31 December 2026. - The shuttle operates daily with departures from Da Nang at 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM, and return trips from Sun World Ba Na Hills at 3:00 PM. - Pick-up/drop-off points include Novotel Danang Premier Han River, East Sea Park, My Khe Beach (next to DLG Hotel Da Nang), opposite Vegas Club, Premier Village Danang Resort, and Sun World Ba Na Hills. - No advance reservation is required. Guests simply need to arrive at the designated pick-up point before the scheduled departure time. - The estimated travel time is approximately 75-80 minutes each way. Pick-up/drop-off times may be adjusted due to weather conditions or cable car operational issues.
